I am studying the federated portals and have a doubt. When they keep objects in consumer cache for avoid problems of traffic in the network if these objects change in the producer is left this object invalidate in cache for recovers the object again (from producer).

Hi Maria,
No the cache is not invalidated in the case you mentioned.
You can set a time interval for the cache to be automatically invalidated, or invalidate it manually.
However there is no notification service that notify Consumers of changes made in the Producer.
This is not a major issue if you don't change the structure / Navigation of the Producer content.
