Smartform not triggered in action

Hi,

I configured an action which will trigger a smartform for mail. This action doesn't trigger at all until I set any partner function for this action. Without it following error is thrown: "Action could not be successfully executed".

Can someone guide me on that? I never experienced this problem before. Is there something which needs to be configured? I do not want partner function on this action.

One more thing: When I marked partner function I could come till method behind this action but although this method executed without any error, I still got: "Action could not be successfully executed".

What might be wrong?

Hi,

Have you checked the smartform is activated, also can you see the print preview in the smartform.

Can you check window size is fitted with the lenth of the variables .
