Need Table Names under CRM_DNO_MONITOR to get a history report

Hi,

we are trying to get a report on each consultants performance involved in service desk tickets, need to get table names for " User Status, Support Msg No, Priority, Subject Module, Changed By, Changed On, Processing type" under crm_dno_monitor, i was able to get table names for the header data but to get a history report i'm unable to find, please help me on this.

Hi,

Check table crmd_orderadm_h

this table gives even the raw data of ticket. ie each action are loged.

Hi

There are a couple of FM that should help you out:

They are:

CRM_DNO_SELECT_SERVICE_TRANS

This FM has the service desk number as you see it in CRMD_ORDER or CRM_DNO_MONITOR

The other FM is:

- DNO_OW_GET_NOTIFICATIONS and report RNOTIFWL

This will give you data for the notification

You can use DNOH_OBJNR in the first FM and OBJNR in the second to join the two together.

Hi,

Try to check out with the CRM_ORDER FUnction Module.

To execute this FM,u need to go se38 and give the guid or ticket id.you will get the all required details.

in SE38 where do you mention guid and ticket id to execute CRM_ORDER?

Hi,

In the CRM_ORDER_READ is the FM...

Execute this in hte se38....In hte selection screen u can give the values like GUID and Ticket id.

functional module cannot be executed in se38 , i think it's se37
