Hi,
we are trying to get a report on each consultants performance involved in service desk tickets, need to get table names for " User Status, Support Msg No, Priority, Subject Module, Changed By, Changed On, Processing type" under crm_dno_monitor, i was able to get table names for the header data but to get a history report i'm unable to find, please help me on this.

this table gives even the raw data of ticket. ie each action are loged.

There are a couple of FM that should help you out:
They are:
CRM_DNO_SELECT_SERVICE_TRANS
This FM has the service desk number as you see it in CRMD_ORDER or CRM_DNO_MONITOR
The other FM is:
- DNO_OW_GET_NOTIFICATIONS and report RNOTIFWL
This will give you data for the notification
You can use DNOH_OBJNR in the first FM and OBJNR in the second to join the two together.

Try to check out with the CRM_ORDER FUnction Module.
To execute this FM,u need to go se38 and give the guid or ticket id.you will get the all required details.
