Error in Transaction IP20 - No authorization to access

hello gurus,

we created a role with transactions IP20, IP21, IW20, OION, IK09 and assign to a test user, but when we try to use any of that trnasaction the followin message appears in the system:

You are not authorized to use this function

Message no. NR810

Only the Exit button is available and is not possible to access the transaction. We assign in all authorization objects the full access ( * ) but didn´t work.

How can we fix this issue?

There might be more than 1 aithorization object that you didn't maintained on the role, so do an authorization trace with ST01 and you'll find out what objects are been checked.

when we did the trace (ST01) only show in the analysis

Hi ,

Simply run the transaction like IP80 ad then after that run su53 and it shall show you what authorization is missing.

yes, we ran the transaction SU53 but no errors are show

The last authorization check was successful
