Transaction IP20 - No authorization

hello gurus,

we created a role with transactions IP20, IP21, IW20, OION, IK09 and assign to a test user, but when we try to use any of that trnasaction the followin message appears in the system:

You are not authorized to use this function

Message no. NR810

Only the Exit button is available and is not possible to access the transaction. We assign in all authorization objects the full access ( * ) but didn´t work.

How can we fix this issue?

HI,

Check the ST01 authorization traces, you might be missing some required authorizations for these tcodes.

I recall having seen these types of messages with SNUM transaction, and they were because of authorization objects missing with user.

Hi,

Please check the following notes:

1037230 Authorization check not as documented

1109298 SNUM: You are not authorized to use this function

This shouldl resolve your issue.
