Upload list of users from excel file

Hello

I have to create around 800 users in the backend and this process is longer and I want to know If Are there any process for uploading from excel file?

because I don`t want to create the users one per one

Hi,

Yes it is possible through Scripting .

For that you need to activate scripting in your system and then turn on the script and record one for the creating a single user then you need to stop the scripting and download the file that is generated during the scripting .

Open the file and add the if statement and have all the user details entered in it.then when the new script is ready try to play the script in the Sap System.

All the 800 users will be created with proper details.

You can create mass users in tcode SU10 ( mass user maintenance ). Try this opiton, or you can do it by ecatt.
