REPLICATING MATERIAL MASTER FROM R/3 TO SRM

Hi,

I have maintained entries in SMOEAC, R3Ac3 and then ran in R3AS.

In R3AM1 it shows that DNL_CUST_PROD1 and DNL_CUST_PROD0 are running.

But when I see in SMq1 then it shows error as SYSFAIL, The current application triggered a termination with a short dump in the function module "CRS_FIRST_DOWNLOAD_TRIGGER".

Cna anyone help me in telllin the possible problem. I am unable to proceed.

Hi Parag,

Did you maintain entries in R/3 backends ? (CRMRFCPAR...)

Please describe steps you have performed so far.

hI

chk the entry in CRMMLSguid in r/3 table Crmprls in SRM

is the same. the GUID should be same and the logical system name should be same in both the tables.

Also refer OSs notes with status "SYSFAIL"

Now I have maintained them from SM30.

But To check that whether material has come in SRM I am seeing in COMMPRO1.

There logical system is different(back hend system), I want to change the system.

Or can I see from different source that whether materials have been transferred.

Hi Parag,

Logical system is the one coming from the backend.

It does mean that your material have been replicated from this specific backend.

It does not mean that you cannot use these material for any SRm scenario.

Why do you want to change it ?

hi

When i go to COMMPRO1, then i go to GO TO --> Source systems, there i see source system as ISSOIL

I want to change the source system to ESUIDES.

As source system shown is ISSOIL so I hope currently it is picking data from ISSOIL, while I want to pick data from ESUIDES.

Hi Parag,

Logical system is attached automatically to product / material group... when you configure material / material group replication.

If you want to pick data from another logical system "ESUIDES", you have to configure another replication model between your SRM system and your ESUIDES system.

how to confogure another replication model.

Moreover is there any other table or way by which i can know that data is coming from R/3 or not

Hi Parag,

You have to follow-up the replication through :

-R3AM1

-if error occurs, check queues (SMQ1 in SRM and SMQ2 in R/3 side)
