Sending CCMS alerts to M ail

Hello Gurus,

Need Help.

i have configured CCMS Rule Based Monitors configuration using the link below

Now i want to send the alerts to Emails,

I have configured SCOT. suppose when the alert is triggered in CCMS, i want that alert to come to my M ail

How to achieve this.

Hi Pavan

As per the link given by u.

it says:

Goto Alert Inbox in Runtime Workbench and click on Personalization tab and under the Time-Independent Delivery, select the check box Mail.

where i can find that page. i mean in which tcode i can get that, so that i can enter the required credentials.
