debugging custom transaction

Hello all,

I would like to know the transaction code to debug a custom 'Z" transaction and would like to know how to identify empty fields in the custom RF transaction. pl. let me know the steps/procedures/t-codes involved in it.

One thing you can do is activate debugging by typing "/h" in the transaction box and press <Enter>. The run the TCode for your custom program and use the "F5" key to step through each bit of code. In certain bits of code you can double-click the line and the value of that line will be shown. Unless you are a programmer, I highly suggest you get the help of your Basis group to debug this program.
