Upgradation project

One of my clients is implmented realestate 4.7 version with third party CAD. Now they are expecting to fullfil their needs with Flexible Real Estate . Havnu2019t work on the upgradation project, can any one plese guideme. And what are the major areas between 4.7 and REFX.
