How to avoid the affect over Qty Contract

Hello Everyone..

My question is:

I have a "Credit Sale Order" that is refering to a Invoice that is refering to a Qty Contract.

I need the Credit Sale Order not affect the balance of the contract.

Example:

- Qty Contract = 100

- Sale Order = 20

- Balance of Qty Contract = 80

- Now de Credit Sale Order = 10, but the Balance of Qty Contract doesn´t have to be effected.

Is there any confguration for this or I have to use some UserExit to avoid the effect over the contract (¿Which UserExit?)

Please, any help would be good for me.

Can you please tell us what do you meant by Credit sales order? is it credit for returns? or any other things?
