ulimit setting for memory on AIX 5.3 and 6.1

What is the normal setting for ulimit setting for memory for sidadm and orasid. Note 323816 describe all of parameters but makes no mention of ulimit -m?
Is there any SAP documentation regarding ulimit -m setting in the install manual. And how do I calculate the setting if there is no SAP recommended setting.

For me I just put it as -1 a.k.a unlimited. There is no reason for me to limit the memory usage for my sap and ora users since my machines are for sap programs only. If you don't specify it then it is already -1; the default value
