how to trigger workflow using badi

Hi Friends-

How to use Badi inside the workflow ?

i have to send Email notification out every time the Escalation Reason Code gets changed.

BOR object is BUS2022 and inside BADI i need to write Method .

But i don't know how to use BADI in the workflow ?

Pls guide me.
