Hello,

I have a SAP GRC AC 5.3.

I have seen the request access "Password Self service". And I want to change a 3º person password in a R/3 with an aproval. I should create a new request type in the request configuration.

Is That right?

After doing this the workflow, can it send an email to the 3º person after finishing?

Hi Pabolo,

Password Self-Service is designed to reset the password by user him/herself only by providing some verification.

You cannot use this functionality to reset password for other users.
