1. How to Transfer MDM catalog data to EBP. Is it through OCI settings or through Badi BBP_CATALOG_TRANSFER
3.How central master data is possible through MDM when connecting SRM and ECC systems.
We can only replicate the below data from SRM/ECC to SAP MDM system via PI/ Xi:
Transfer of SRM Product Data includes:
u2022 Product ID, Product GUID, Service Indicator, Product Group, Base Unit of Measure, Order Unit,
Description, Supplier ID, Supplier Name, Supplier Part Number, Price, Currency, Price Unit.
Transfer of SRM Contract Data includes:
u2022 Contract ID, Contract Item ID, Contract Item Type, Product ID, Product Group, Supplier ID,
Supplier Part Number, Price, Currency, Price Unit, Discount.
Transfer of SRM Supplier List includes:
u2022 Supplier ID, Supplier Name, Phone Number, Email.
Transfer of ERP Contract Data includes:
u2022 Contract ID, Contract Item ID, Product ID, Service Indicator, Description, Supplier ID, Price,
Currency, Price Unit.
Transfer of ERP Info Record Data includes:
u2022 Info Record ID, Purchasing Organization, Product ID, Service Indicator, Description, Supplier ID, Supplier Part Number, Price, Currency, Price Unit, Order Unit, Lead Time.
But data updated in MDM system , will not update the data in SRM/ECC box. It's only one way transfer.
4.How to automatically publish the master /procurement catalog in MDM Catalog
Once after you import catalog data from execl file into SAP MDM system via SAP Import Manager,the data will be saved. Once data is saved, it will be automatcially available in the Prodcut catalog for SRM catalog end user.
If you have activated Workflow[approval process] for Import action, then if data only after approval will be available for dispaly.
