IDOC + User-Exit doesn't work?!

Hello Forum

We use the MATMAS Idoc to create material in other sales organizations. Additionally we use an user exit to bring the material data to another system.

The user exit works normally, when material is changed manually, but with the MATMAS, the MATNR is missing in the user exit.

Any hints?

Hi Christian,

WIthout a material number, material master idoc would not make sense. As michal suggested please check the code you put in the user exit. Proabably they might be updating with a no values. Just a guess. But debug the code which would help to solve your issue.

which user exit ?

but as for me it's your development that made MATNR dissaper and not anything standard

so just check your code

the only way in standard to hide MATNR would be to use mapping rules but I guess you don't use them
