We have a requirement where in we need to populate the sales person's data of the vendor in the SRM PO
and the buyer would, if necessary chnage the same and these changes shall reflect in the Back end PO.
We are aware that this feature is not supported in SRM as in R3 where in the details of the sales person
would get defaulted in the R3 PO Header from the Vendor Master.However we found a way to use the service agent for this purpose as we do not have the scenario where we use the service agents of the vendor for the confirmation from the SUS.
Hence we created a service agent for the vendor as a Su01 user in the SRM and are able to use this field.
But there are certain queries to fulfill this requirement:
1. Is there a way to create a Service agent for the Venodrs not on board on Sus
except by creating the Su01 user for the Busines Partner from the Manage Business partners Tx
2.Is there a mass maintenance Program in the SRM GUI so that at one stroke we can select the check box for the service agent as well in addition to the Bidders for the Business partners?
Anybody who has come across such a scenario may pl help with clues links or any literature pls?
