Activation

Hi

i am a beginner of sap pi practise.My requirement is how to activate the object in integration repository part.

i am trying by right clicking the selected object in IR but cancelled showing that the namespace is not defined in software component version.I also check whether the namespace is defined or not.but it is defined.After checking all i tried once again but same thing happened.

i cant find out the actual problem in this issue.please help me !!!!!!!

As soon as u create the namespace .two data type will be created automatically .you have to activate the two data type along with your SCW.

Hi pinaki,

Before activating the Objects, You have to activate the Exchange Fault data, Exchange log data, your Software component...Three at a time.

Go to change list and select these 3 and activate.

Then only your namespace will be activated.

Then you can actiavte the other objects.

These Exchange Fault data, Exchange log data are the data types which were created automatically when you create the namespace.
