General data screen in Customer master

Hi mates

Iam creating Customer in transaction code XD01 with account group 0001(Sold to party).but iam not getting General data screen for the customer to create.I dont know where i have missed the asignment.Can anybody help me in this regard?

Go to OBD2

make a controll setting from there.

besides while creating CMR thru XD01 plz input all parameter in very first screen

Hi

Check in IMG> Financial Accounting>Account Receivable Account Payable>Customer Account> Master Data>Preparation Of Creating Customer master>define Screen Layout per activity(customer).

There check Create Customer (Centrally)-> General data(double click on General Data) and then check for each 'select Group'. I feel that all are in display mode so you are not getting General data Tab. Make them Optional entry/Req. entry as per your requirement and then check.
