SC Approval process

Hi All,

I am new for SRM.

I have two BP user ids, One is for requestor and another one approver.

I have created an item in SC and it went for approval. I have logged on in approver's user id and approved the SC.

Now I have checked the approval status for that SC(in requestor's site) still it showing awaiting for another approval. I dont have the second approver's user id and pwd. How to overcome this senario. Is there any process is there to change the approver's name.

You can use transaction SWIA to forward the work item to another user so you can continue with your test. Filter the selection using date and status READY.

Hi Venkat,

Is this SC an exception, or is it a general problem for all of the SCs?

If this is only an exceptional case, please check the notes 982441 and 859891.

To make sure, please doublecheck in the approvel preview of the transaction check status whether a next approval is found or not.
