Hi,
We have NWDI setup in Dev Portal server(J2ee server), we have setup ESS tracks and customised few DC's and successfully move to different environments. We had many issues with NWDI running on DEV server like memory issue, database issue. We are not thinking of having a dedicated NWDI server with it's own SLD, is this a good approach? Can you please share what is best setup for NWDI as a standalone or integrate with existing portal server?
When we move to dedicated NWDI server, is it possible to export existing ESS track and it's DTR workspace to new dedicate NWDI server?
Thanks
Praveen
Praveen,
It depends on how many developers are using NWDI and how many activities are being performed.

Thanks Bala, your SAP notes has answered the move of NWDI from one system to another.
The blog explains different landscapes. I'm bit confused with CONS RTS, we have 4 systems (DEV, QA, ACCP, PROD) can I use the following RTS for my 4 systems?
DEV RTS - DEV
CONS RTS - QA
TEST RTS - ACCP
PROD RTS - PROD
I read somewhere that CONS RTS should NOT be configured for any system? Please confirm.
Thanks
Praveen
