SALARY MID POINT in Compensation Managament

In Compensation Management in SAP 5.0. Can we calculate SALARY MID POINT (which is the average of min and max salaries). and can we increase a percentage of that MID POINT ?

Hi,

In table T710, you can maintain min, max and reference salary for each Pay grade level.

To use this table in your IT0008, you'll need to setup a feature named TARIF (change the remuneration Type to S).

And there are 3 switches in table T77S0 (PCOMP-CRCAL, PCOMP-CRSAL and PCOMP-CRVAR) which help you in deciding how you want to calculate the Compa-ratio.
