RFC reciver config while communicating with non-sap

HI Folks,

In addition to my previous post [|]

I want to know the exact mechanism how the RFC is going to have a handshake with non-sap system. Because I strongly believe that RFC connection is possible within SAP Landscapes only. If at all it is possible that RFC can a handshake with the non-sap system then how does it happen. What all I need to do.

Hi Santosh,

On the contrary to your belief that RFC is used only for SAP communication, It can be used to communicate with NON-SAP systems also.

Hi,

just an additional hint: You might also think of the use of PCK (partner connectivity kit) that's offered by SAP to integrate NON-SAP systems easily with SAP and / or PI.
