User getting error BP blocked while creating SC

Hi SRM Gurus,

User is getting BP blocked, while creating SC.

Checked the BP of the user, found that User is having two BP and one is Central blocked ( old BP) and another one is not blocked( New BP).

Could you please explain why User is having two BP?

Normally we are doing HRALXSYN after replication of User from R/3 system.

to unblock the BP.

This is because User has duplicate BPs.
