How to explain that CCMS Agent doen't effect for system perfformance ?

Hi All,

My customer worries that installation of ccms agent in their production system will be effecting overall system performance.

is that any explanation that i can use to explain that ccms agent doen't burden the production system because they have internal mechanizem to collect all the performance data.
