how to do archieve using SARA and FILE transaction

I am using ECC6. i have requirement to do archiving. Please suggest me how to do archive using FILE and SARA.

We are currently using PBS add-ons but have encountered some obstacles. We don't have all tools in the landscape to extract then export the archive object content to a file. What is the equivalent export interface in SARA and or SARI to export data to a file?

We are facing a upgrade to our landscape and need to get the data out urgently.

Your assistance will be appreciated.

Hi,

You first read all the available documentation.

Then you determine your archiving strategy with the functional consultants.

Then you choose the hardware and software architecture.

Then you make some tests on a testbed system copy of the production system.

Then, if you have specific precise questions, you can come back to this forum...
