I think your implementation guide is not complete. I couldn get the t code. check with this tcode QCC_STABI. Im not sure abt it. if it is the IDES server you can try it otherwise get the help of basis .

Check whether the following SAP release are implemented in your systeme or not.
1. EA-APPL - 110 - Stability Study
2. EA-APPL - 500 - Stability Studies in Trial Management (New)
Your Basis guy may batter guide you if it's not there.

The system is having some already defined storage conditions. I wanted to add some more conditions to the existing ones.
But am not able to find the path.
Please advice.
