update to NW 7.0 ehp1 - note 1142832

while running ehpi installer to update NW 7.0 sp14 to ehp1, in the middle of installation it is asking for keyword from note 1142832.

Enter the EHP keyword of SAP Note 1142832.

But this note is not accessible from service portal. I am getting "The requested SAP Note is either in reworking or is released internally only "

How can I get the keyword for this installation.

Sometimes copy, paste also makes mistakes

Suggest you to close this thread if your problem is resolved.

Sap wants you to read the note before starting the EHP ,So you need to have access to the note.

This is aprequest to get the key word form the note.as you are not able to open the note due to some maintainence so please open a message with sap to know the details of the note..

I try upgrade NW 7 to EHP1

in phase PREP_EXTENSION/EHPKEY_CHK

i put key from note 1142832

Password in SAPehpi phase EHPKEY_CHK: 3090799

but ehpi show error:

ERROR: Illegal keyword, try again!

We are getting this message, even after entering the key from note 1142832. Were you able to move ahead?

Rebooted, nothing changed, opened a message with SAP, tried it once more, and it worked ???

what key u want..? Solution manager key or any other key..?

Solman key only asked. other key don't ask know..?
