Message are in state in transit ( SAP to external mail)

Hi All,

We trying to send some test mail .though it is sending mails to external email ,i can see all mails are in status transit .

I want to see status as ok. Can you guys please let me know what needs to be done.

via SOST, re-send them.

you will find these two options in the menu bar, first put them into queue again and then execute the send process

Hi Anjali,

I have re-send through SOST but it is showing in status in transit and users are able to receive the external mails.

Though it is sending mails why it is showing in status in transit.

Goto TA SCOT - Settings - Confirmation of Receipt. Select "SAPconnect does not expect receipt confirm"
