Send Output to multiple mediam

Hi

WE have a scenario where we want to issue billing out out (ZV01) to Fax, To printer and to email to different people. Is it possible??

e,g, I created a billing document which has output type ZV01, which we want to go through the Fax to the customer, got the customer Email as a pdf document and print at a local printer so that it can be mailed too.

Hi Tridev,

You can assign multiple print medium(Fax, Email, Print, etc) in single output type but you can use one medium at a time and once you successfully process one (like Print) then you can proceed for another one (like Fax) for same output type and so on.

create 3 output type:

ZV00 - FAX

ZV01 - Email

ZV00 - Print

Tx. VV31 create one record for output type.

It is NOT possible through any configuration. But you can customize it by using some logic in smartform print program.

Please give this requirement to your ABAPer, he can do it.

We also had same requirement once.
