The key always change in the data source

Hi,

As I understand, if the key of datasource on R/3 side keep consistence, then we can use delta load to load the change to BW. However in my data source, whenever user change something, R/3 will delete the old records and create new records with new key. How can I track the change and load to BW?

Hi Victor,

about what datasource and/or R/3-table are you talking? Is it a custom defined one? If yes, you normally have the option of defining a number(key) as a delta relevant field. It must be a number that gets increased with every change/creation of a record.

Hi,

It is custom one. But whenever the data changed, I can not matched to the old one (because it has been deleted), even you create a internal key, still can not do delta load.
