Hi,
Can any one help me in this regard.
One user needs password reset for CUA system. I have tried Resetting the password. IT is not working.
In logon Data Tab it is showing Password deactivated.
After Resetting and entering with the user id It is saying you dot have a password.
Guys can any one advise.
Thanks,

I assume this is in the master CUA.
Possibly the user has developer type access and reset the PWD locally from SE37 before, and now the CUA is confused? Doing things in SE37 is very error prone...
Sometimes deleting the ID in SU01 and recreating it is the easiest route. Then the myriad of untold fields of more than one table correct themselves again.
Cheers,
Julius

In Logon data tab, please click on the Generate button of the password and then save the user id. You may provide this generated password.
Also if you want to provide some manually maintained password, then click on the Change Password button in SU01, Deselect other systems except the required systems and type the password ... save.
