Error in Cache notifiaction in IR

Hi Team,

We are running PI 7.0 SP14 in HPUX Oracle environment. We have set up CTS transports according to the SAP documentation. The export from dev repository, release and import in quality system integration environment is working very fine, no problem on that side. But when we check the IR - Cache notifications its in Red status and the user responsible is nwdi_ctsadm then we have to manually trigger the notification then it goes into green status. The problem is only in IR of our quality server.

Is this behavior is normal? I also checked the How to handle cahces in Xi3.0 and everything looks perfect except the roles for nwdi_ctsadm and sicf-service-sap-xi (not all services are active)

I cross checked the above with production box and configured same (Sicf services and user profile for nwdi_ctsadm), there it is working fine (IR-cache notifications)

Please let us know is this common process or anything wrong in the quality configuration

No this is not normal.you should get green icon in cache notification without manual retry.

We were having the same issue some time ago,we followed the "How to handle cache " step by step and it fixed the issue.

Hi Amir,

Thanks for your answer. But this issue is only with NWDI_CTSADM in quality system which imports the IR objects, the same user is used in production also but no issues in Cache notifications in production

So do you think we should again re-visit that document and start from the 1st page of the document?

thanks
