Credit Management - Orders released in system due to rescheduling

Hello Gurus:

I have sales orders that are releasing from credit check and giving the order status A, eventhough the risk category has the following settings:

Static and Document value check and block for open order and open deliveries. The maximum document value is set to $1.00.

The credit master is set with credit limit of $0.00.

Can someone let me know why the order is released from credit automatically once the rescheduling job is run?

How is the rescheduling job with program SDV03V02 releasing orders from a credit block when the credit master is set with $0.00 limit and both static and Document blocks are set?

Thank you for the link, but the credit management part of our config. is stable. I have a more specific question and that is why the rescheduling job releases orders from credit block when the customer credit master has a static and document value check and the value is zero.
