rejected PO going back to SC inititator

Hi,

I'm having the following issue in SRM 7.0. When a PO is rejected, a work-item is going back to initiator. But that inititator is the SC requestor and not the PO requestor!

Why is this happening? Do you have any idea?

when the purchase order is created , the requesor field is the same as the one who created the shopping cart.

there is nothing seperate like purchase order requestor.

when the purchase order is created using the shopping cart in the sourcing cockpit, purchase order creator would be the buyer who created the shopping cart.

do you mean to say when the purchase order is rejected , the work item is going back to the shopping cart creator?

We are using Process-Controlled Workflow and the Po is being created manually, by purchaser, from a SC.

Hi,

Please check the value of container &WF_PDO.GET_DOCUMENT_RESPONSIBLE_US()& in the workflow log.

Is it SC owner or PO owner ?

Transaction BBP_PD: Find the workitem ID

Transaction SWI1: open the workitem, check the log and container value

Which workflow framework do you use? Process-Controlled Workflow or Application-Controlled Workflow ?

How the PO is created? Manual creation by purchaser or automatic creation from SC?
