Does anyone know if the capability exists to print one W-2 for an employee who has been paid out of 2 companies during the same year? We have a few people each year who transfer from one company to the other in the same instance of SAP, and we would prefer not to print two W-2s for them.
The second company is paying on behalf of the first company, so the Federal EID is the same for both. Our tax department has confirmed that it is ok to add the wages from the two companies together.
