Implementing SAP notes and support packages

Dear SolMan users.

Is it possible to implement notes and packages via using change request and following correction. Our customer wants to unambiguously mark, that somebody approved the implementing notes or package. Is this way possible?

Hi,

Yes. It is possible.

For every note implementation create a Change Request. This will have to be approved by Change Manger.

Thus your requirement is satisfied.

So, dear Rajesh,

I will create change request, than after somebody approves it, Change managere creates correction. Of what type the correction is supposed to be - a normal correction? Or what kind of following document should I create? Is this described somewhere? Thak you for your help.
