Hi All,

I have a requirement to do a workflow for Transaction 'CRM_DNO_MONITOR' In Solution Manager. If you have any information details on the configuration for workflow, Any business object that can be used for workflow . Please do provide me the details.

Hi,

CRM_DNO_MONITOR is a TCode. Using this we take a report based on various factor provided on the screen.

What do you mean when you say you need Workflow for CRM_DNO_MONITOR? Please explain.

Hi Rajesh,

There are actually two process.

I want the workflow to trigger

1. When the ticket is created.

2. And when the status of the ticket is changed.

You can add an action definition to your action profile. For this actiond definition, add a processing method "Workflow". You can then choose a corresponding workflow template for processing. Please see [] also.

After creating an action definition, you need to add the action definition to your action configuration. There, you can configure the action just as any other action to be performed on certain events, status values, etc.

Please see notes 691303 for a how-to and 1275036 for being able to trigger actions on status changes only.
