In SM37, need invoices to be print in alphabetical manner.

hello Experts,

In SM37 printing invoices , we have noticed that invoices are not printing in alphabetical order based on customer bill to.

We need invoices out of SAP to print in alphabetical order with matching bill to addresses grouped together.

Is there any configuration for same or we need to do some program changes for this ?

The sort criteria is specified in the output type configuration on the Sorting tab (there are 3 fields available). However, the bill-to name or address is not included in the communication structure.

You'll need to extend the communication structure to add the new fields and then program a user exit in the include V05IEXIT to fill in the fields.
