Solution manager diagnostics- end to end trace analysis

Dear team,

when i try to login to solution manager diagnostics and then try to go to End to End Trace analysis i get an error message "

Could not find any technical system of type SAP J2EE Engine or ABAP. For this reason some functions are disabled." and i am not able to select the system to perform the trace analysis.

can anyone tell me wat is the reason

Hi Praveen,

Have you run the managed system wizard. Could you please tell the version of Solution Manager and managed system?

Hi,

Did u publish the solution.

Are the solutions Maintained properly ?

Are the Agents running ?

Kindly check and update..

hi kaustabh,

thanks for the reply, the agents are running ,the solution also seems to be maintained . it used to be running earlier all of a sudden recently i get this issue.

Praveen,

Did you check the SMSY and SLD entries?,

Is the components marked as relevant?. Is the workload analysis showing data for the components?.
