Partner XXXXX does not exist for Partner function

Hello all,

When I tried to post an Inbound idoc, I am getting a status of 51 which says 'Partner 10137 does not exist for Partner function'

I had configured partner profile for this partner. Am I missing something here.

I am new to ALE, IDOCS area. Please suggest.

Naren,

You first need to check out the partner profile set for posting inbound idoc. Goto Control record of the idoc and check the partner type ie. LS,K... and partner details.

Goto transaction WE20 and check if you have created partner profile with same details (Inbound processing).

Also check if you have set correct message type and idoc type.

Hi Naren,

Have you check table <b>EDPP1</b> to see whether partner 10137 exist or not?

or you can use this FM <b>EDI_AGREE_PARTNER_TEST or EDPP1_SINGLE_READ</b> for testing.

If it does not exits then you may need to maintain partner profile (t/code WE20).

Look in table KNVP if partner exists for the partner function.
