determining support package size

Hi,

i want to apply New Support packages in my BI system.Our system is low in memory.I want to know how do you determine how much space a support package will take in the system??

If you are talking file system level then Raja is right.

If at database level then i can say it will take very less ,you can apply it.

Hi Priya,

The support package size will be mentioned in the Service marketplace itself. While downloading itself you can see the size of the SAR file.

According to that you can plan.

so will the size which is mentioned in the service market place(SAR files) is all that is required?do we require any extra space apart from thje size mentioned in the service market place while applying that SP??
