NWA cannot login with master password

hi guys,

I installed ACC711 window2008/sql2008 successfully.

when i try to login NWA administrator(http://<hostname>:50000/nwa) it gives incorrect password error.

I used administrator and Master password for login, but could not login. its same for JSPM login also.

Should i have to make any changes in configuration tool please guide me

i solved the problem by using SAP* user by resetting in config tool.

Check if the user has the below roles:

NWA_READONLY, NWA_SUPERADMIN

Use the roles available with user J2EE_ADMIN.
