When I release a Customizing transport request then it consumed 12 to 15 minutes on TP Successfully Connected and after that i am getting Time Out error.
How big is you request?.... if you don't find any issues on the tp logs you can try to extend rdisp/max_wprun_time temporarly via RZ11 to allow the request to be released.
