Classic scenario process

Hi All,

I am new to SRM and any guidance, notes, pdf you can provide is appreciated.

Using Classic Model we are creating SC.

SC created in SRM is posted as PR in R3.

R3 generates a PO corresponding to PR.

Both PR and PO are posted back to SRM

Please let me know wt is the procedure to check PO and PR details in ECC6.0. Where I can see the Po and PR details.

Hi Venkat,

In SRM, go to transaction BBP_PD. Enter the SC number and go to Header links.Get the Corresponding backend PR/PO number.

ALternately, you can also open the SC from the portal and see the history information.

Go to transaction me53n in the backend system and enter the PR number to see its details

Go to transaction me23n in the backend system and enter the PO number to see its details

Hi,

you can see the P.o in ME23N in the ECC 6.0 Backend

PR in ME53N in the Backend system

If you are having SRM portal you can see the P.o and P.R details in SRM itself

in the monitor shopping cart query --enter the SC no you can check all the status
