Message Mapping Maintenance : Upgrade XML schema

Hi,

I need to upgrade a existing mapping to a newer target schema. IN this case the new schema is only an extension of the old one ( all old elements still exists ).

How can I do that while keeping the existing mappings ?

( Some 50 elements were added randomly to the existing structure )

I tried to assign a the target schema in the mapping editor and although the system seems to process for few seconds, the result seems that the old structure is still there

How can I eadily do this ?

Any ideas ?

Hi,

Just go to SXI_CACHE ->Message Mapping and try to refresh the cache.

But following is preferred~

Just import the Target schema once again in the Target side of the MApping strucuture and activate once again , after doing mapping.

So, If I understand you correct, you mean that the procedure that I did should normally work ?

I checked again and I now see that indeed replaced with the same file.... I will retry with the new file
