my EP product system has come across a seriouce problme!
sometimes after the users input the data to the report and press "save" button,the system shows it done successful.
but when review the report, there is no data!
maybe the user should done several times and then the data will be saved in the database really!
my system environment:
AIX5300-5
oracle10g
Netweaver2004S sp15

the error info which i found in the defaulttrace file:
cannot initiate transaction from a connection of "SAPSR3DB" datasource
local or distributed transaction has already started
cannot change transaction isolation during distributed transaction and when the conection is shared datasource name sapsr3db
cannot commit transaction from this connection of sapsr3db datasource
the resource participates in a local or distributed transaction
setautocommit() failed
authorization check for caller assignment to j2ee security role
