INCORRECT STATUS REPORTED ON EWA, eg. Productive, when it is only Test.

Hello,

I'm trying to determine how generated EWA determine the system type.

I have a User Test system, t000 reports it's test, and smsy also is not productive, so why does the EWA state the Status is Productive?

Any clues?

Thank you.

See

[Sample Report EWA with Explanations ST-SER 620_2005_1 |http://service.sap.com/~form/sapnet?_SHORTKEY=01100035870000034315&_SCENARIO=01100035870000000202&_OBJECT=011000358700004161302004E]

Enter transaction SE16 and display table

T000. If there is any client with field

CCCATEGORY containing the value 'P'.

See SAP Note 914884 for all productive

systems"

Yes,

This is a very helpfull report generally, but it still does not answer the issue.

I checked in se16 table T000 and there is no CCCATEGORY containing "p" for any client,

yet still the EWA displays Productive stauts.

Also note 914884 as recommended does not seem related at all!.

Any other ideas?

Thank you.

On which Support Package Level (leading component ST 400) is your SolMan system?

Which version of ST-SER is used?

Hello,

The version of ST 400 is 19 (SAPKITL429).

I must also mention that the system was recently copied from a productive system, but I've noted that EWA's before this time were also noted as Productive.

There definately are no entries in table T000 under CCCATEGORY that are "p" in this satellite system.

The satellite system concerned is a 46C system, but I have come across this before in other systems and have yet to find the root cause.

Thanks for getting back to me.
