Pricing does not access further condition record if condtion is inactive

Hello Experts,

I have come across one case which is related to pricing. As described below.

Example

Condition record for condition type ZCRN is maintained with such scale as

From 10 units 100 INR

Now when order is entered with units less than 10, system Inactivates condition type KINAK='X'

But ZCRN condition has further some acsess (Condtion tables) where valid condition record exist. But since in above case system validates first record, it does not go further to check( Exclusive indicator is marked)

Is there any solution that if conditon record found is set as inactive then system should search further records?

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Yes, This is mandetory condition. ZCRN is Price condition. I think the reason why this condition is inactive beacuse the scale is maintained in such way.

There is no price maintained for quantity upto 9 units. So after finding condition record also system does can not set it.

But there are other condition record exists in same accesses but since system get the condition record in previous table it is not going further( Exclusive indicator marked)

Nikhil, I suppose you have answered it.

We are aware that once an access is found successfully, due to exclusion system will bypass the other acesses.

No. Probably not atleast in standard.

The possible solution is grt a requirement coded that if the value is '0', in that case bypass exclusion for Condition Type ZCRN and check further access.

Is ZCRN a mandatory condition in Pricing? If it is mandatory condition, it is not finding price.

Are there more than one Price Condition in the Pricing Procedure (Here I am refer to Condition Type 'Price' only and not others like Discounts, Surcharge, Taxes, Freight, etc.)

What Condition Type ZCRN is? (Price, Discount, Surcharges, etc)

Hi,

Is there any requirement check routine for KINAK field? I guess because of that condition is getting excluded from the pricing.

Thanks,
