Hi, just a simple question,

In the approval template, once u created a condition, is there a way to remove it? In my approval template, all the buttons and the active checkbox is greyed out. Why is this?

I suppose it is becouse you have activated the approval procedure for the manager user (if this is the user you are using).

Tip: If you activate the approval procedure for a user, this user can´t modify it.

So you will have to logon with another user with rights, and deactivate it for manager user.
